It is definitely the most important event on Sustainable Mobility and Energy Efficiency in the Principality, ever. EVER Monaco comes back to the origins at the Grimaldi Forum on the 13th and 14th November 2024 to celebrate an autumn edition with a rich programme of participants and insights.
H.E. Mr. Bernard Fautrier, President of EVER Monaco, pointed out: « EVER Monaco, at its 19th edition, will take place in conjunction with the AVERE e-Mobility Conference, which brings together key European players in clean mobility. The Principality of Monaco has been implementing for a long time a strong environmental protection policy to promote and explain the decarbonisation of our economies, the synergy between the AVERE e-Mobility Conference and EVER Monaco for 2024 will allow us to combine high-level European conferences with the core essence of our exhibition ».
In the footstep of the 2005 primary meeting, EVS 21, EVER Monaco has been a success since its first edition in 2006 thanks to the numerous contributions from experts, unveiling the latest trends in high technology and innovation to support Monaco Digital and Energy Transition .
The 2024 meeting will host a dedicated Conference section gathering over 300 major speakers to develop key themes about green automotive in close contact with the exhibition area hosting vehicles of the future equipped with technology powered by renewables. The Avere E-mobility Conference 2024 is therefore a cornerstone of the event aimed at encouraging knowledge exchange, cross-border collaborations, best practices and high-tech development. Vehicle manufacturers, technology providers, researchers, policymakers, and innovators will be on the spotlight to animate a set of plenary sessions, thematic roundtables, and engaging workshops.
The Ride and Drive testing area will allow visitors to experience pioneering technologies while driving low environmental impact vehicles in the prestigious Monegasque contect. The Startup Village will give voice to the following sections: Sustainable Mobility (Land, Sea, Air); Innovations in the Energy Sector, Smarticity & Smartgrid and Biotech & Green Tech, including Marine Biotechnology.
Porsche, Audi, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep, Suzuki, and De Vinci are some of the most popular brands that will parade on the green carpet pf EVER Monaco 2024, selected by Segond Automobiles Group, eco-committed sponsor acting as a key player in the Principality of Monaco and the French Riviera.
Sustainability and decarbonisation are the common threads of EVER Monaco to accelerate the clean mobility transition by implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This rendezvous, in fact, is closely connected to Monaco's approach towards favouring electric mobility. The Monegasque territory can count on 1,200 electric charging stations and several hundred in the neighborhood, becoming one of the most well-equipped areas in relation to population density.
Furtheremore, Mobee by SMEG (Société Monégasque de l'Electricité et du Gaz), the advanced e-car sharing, allows Monegasques and visitors to move around the urban area and vicinity with zero emission rental cars, including the iconic Renault Twizy (a novel electric vechicle, between a scooter and a two-seater).
The European Startup Prize for Mobility Ceremony, at its 6th edition, will be held on Wednesday the 13th November (at 5:30 p.m.) under the high patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. The most innovative startups will be awarded under the umbrella of the European Startup Prize for Mobility (EUSP), a EU-founded acceleration and investment programme created in 2017 by Karima Delli, Former Chairwoman of the European Parliament’s Committee on Transport and Tourism, to gather major groups and national authorities. Notably: European Investment Bank, MasterCard, Voies Navigables de France, Europcar Mobility Group, Groupe ADP, RATP Group, Ayvens Group Barisa, just to name some.
The 1oth edition of the Riviera Electric Challenge will be launched on the 13th November to animate EVER Monaco, as it has been since its establishment in 2015. This unique eco-rally, organised by MC2D (Monaco Sustainable Development) in partnership with the Municipality of Cagnes-sur-Mer, will involve all participants in a challenging route departing from the Grimaldi Forum towards Dolceaqua, Monaco's twin city in the Italian Riviera, to end the next day at the Château Grimaldi, in Cagnes-sur-Mer.
